We are the
biggest family-owned milling group in Germany. Two families of
millers from Germany who set out to make milling more modern and sustainable. Today
we operate 9 mills and one maltery. With app. 750 employees we ensure that over 2 million tons of
grain are sustainable milled every year.

As a company passionate about what we do, we bear the responsibility for our
products, our employees, their families and the environment. We make every
effort to meet the needs of our customers and consumers quickly and in an
unbureaucratic and goal-oriented way. We’ve internalized that we can only
be sustainable and successful if we follow social, economic and ecological
principles. This is why we have also been engaged with regenerative energies
for many decades and are currently the trendsetter of an entire industry with
our “Flower patches” project and CO2-reduced flour.
