As a leading player in rice and pulses, Vivien Paille Ingredients combines industrial expertise with a strong knowledge of plant-based raw materials, processing more than 170,000 tonnes every year.

Our pulse ingredient portfolio is built around two complementary ranges: 

Proteinel® | High-protein ingredients Made from lentils, fava beans and peas, Proteinel® flours contain at least 55% plant protein, providing an ideal solution to boost protein content and support the development of nutritious plant-based products. 

The Proteinel® range also includes textured vegetable proteins made from peas and fava beans. With around 53% protein and a high fibre content, they provide texture and nutritional value, making them particularly suitable for meat alternatives and hybrid products. 

Leguminel® | Pulse flours Made from lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas and other pulses, Leguminel® flours contain 20% to 30% protein. They are a versatile solution for developing nutritious, plant-based and allergen-free recipes across a wide range of food applications.
