As a major, established player in the rice and pulses sectors, we process more than 170,000 tonnes of raw materials. VP Ingredients offers a range of sustainable plant-based ingredients to its industrial customers. Thanks to its expertise in the field, VP Ingredients provides clean label, sustainable and allergen-free plant-based solutions.

The protein offer is composed of two ranges: the Leguminel® range and the Proteinel® range.

The Leguminel® range offers pulse flours (lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas etc.). With a protein content of between 20% and 30%, these flours are ideal to use in healthy, allergen-free recipes.

The Proteinel® range offers flours rich in vegetable proteins (min 55%) from lentils, fava beans and peas.  VP Ingredients completes its offer by launching its textured vegetable proteins from peas and fava beans. Produced from peas and fava beans flours, they contain about 53% protein and are rich in fiber, which makes them easy to use in meat substitute applications and hybrid products.
