We specialize in Empty Gelatin Capsule manufacturing since year 1981. Our current factory was designed and built according to GMP and ISO requirements. And it is GMP and ISO22000 certified. Meanwhile our products are FDA and DMF registered, and got HALAL and KOSHER certificate. We always take quality and clients first! Till now we’ve got more than 100 patents in capsule production process. And we’ve set up good cooperation with Pharmaceutical and Healthcare product company Lukang Pharma, CR Pharma, Kelun Group, Yabao Pharma, Nepstar drug store, Huayuan Group, Sichuan Medco Pharma, Sinopharm etc. At the same time, with tremendous experience in this industry, we build long-term relationship with clients from over 40 countries.

Only Bone Gelatin of Pharmaceutical Grade (as per Ch.P.2010) is used for empty gelatin capsules production, always free from BSE and TSE, and strictly HALAL.

Hard gelatin capsules perform excellently on all type of filling machines including fully automatic machines, semi automatic machines and hand filling machines. Filling Rate is always more than 99.0%, and can reach 99.7%.
