Hilmar 8000 is a highly functional 80% whey protein concentrate ideal for a variety of food and nutritional applications including dairy, bakery, nutrition, meat and surimi. It is derived from fresh, sweet dairy whey processed by a special cross-flow filtration process.

Hilmar 8000 won first place in the Whey Protein Concentrate 80 category at the 2023 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.
