Hilmar 8010 is a functional instantized 80% whey protein concentrate with soy lecithin designed specifically for powdered dry mix applications to enhance dispersibility and quick hydration into solution. It is derived from fresh, sweet dairy whey processed by a special cross-flow filtration, agglomeration and surface treatment.

Hilmar 8010 won silver in the 2026 World Championship Cheese Contest in the Whey Protein Concentrate 80, Instantized category.
