    Hilmar 8350 is an 80% whey protein hydrolysate optimized for infant nutrition applications. It is derived from fresh, sweet dairy whey processed by a special cross-flow filtration process. The concentrate is then enzymatically hydrolyzed to produce a mixture of peptides and free amino acids for enhanced nutritional and functional benefits. With an excellent amino acid profile, it provides pre-digested proteins for rapid absorption into the body. Hilmar 8350 is moderately hydrolyzed for greater digestive tolerance.
