The gentle concentration of our apple fiber preserves antioxidant properties, delivers appealing color and provides a balanced ratio between soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. VITACEL® Apple Fiber is a perfect choice for fiber enrichement of cereal and bakery products, spreads or fillings.
