We produce natural colorful food coloring (vegan color) like blue, red, yellow, orange, green etc.. Blue powder is 100% natural, made from Butterfly pea (Anchan) petals. This particle size is about 15μm (same as Matcha) with sterilization.
In paticular, our blue sterilized powder using butterfly pea petals and the fuctional ingredients of the anthocyanin "Ternatin" contained in Butterfly pea petals. "Ternatin" are effective for "Lowers blood sugar levels and reduces neutral fat levels after meals". It take the blue powder as BLUE MATCHA. It will be effective from the resuluts of clinical triials. In Japan, Ternatin is recognized as the superfood ingredient for the functional foods officiailly.
