Blue sterilized powder

Product description

This powder is made from sterilized butterfly pea petals. It is sterilized without the application of heat, resulting in a beautiful blue color. The particle size is 15 μm, the same as matcha. You can create blue foods that bring happiness. The blue color comes from the anthocyanin "Ternatin." Human trials have confirmed that "Ternatin" has the effect of lowering post-meal blood sugar levels and neutral fat levels. In Japan, it is recognized as the superfood ingredient in foods with functional claims.
