Bromelain is a kind of plant sourced enzyme, which is mainly produced from fresh pineapple stems through extraction, concentration and freeze-drying.We make use of abundant subtropical fruit resources such as pineapple, and adopt freeze-thaw extraction, membrane separation, vacuum freeze-drying and enzyme activity protection technologies to produce bromelain products with an enzyme activity of 2,500 GDU/g and thermal stability at 80 degrees Celsius. After 5 days The enzyme activity preservation rate is96%.
