Caramelised Sugar is traditionally made by heating sucrose and other sugar types in a controlled manner without any kind of chemical additives. In addition to the various degrees of caramelisation, you get that typical caramelised flavour (roasted aroma). "Caramelised/Burnt Sugar Powder", "Caramelised/Burnt Sugar Syrup" is an actual foodstuff.

Our products range from the sweet, mild and light types to the dark variants with an intense caramelised sugar taste, both in liquid and powder forms.
