Product description

Caramel colours are used for colouring foods. They are manufactured from sugars and chemical additives in a controlled heat treatment process. Therefore they must be labelled with E 150a - E 150d. This labelling is in conformity with European Union regulations (EC) No 1333/2008, (EU) No 1129/2011 and (EU) No 231/2012.

We offer an extensive range of colours based on sucrose or glucose.
