CELIKO company was established in 1982 as a company with Polish fund.
Since
the beginning company has been specializing in the production process
of food products, in particular gluten-free concentrates
(dietetic foods).
As the
first in Poland, CELIKO developed recipes and manufactured gluten-free desserts
and cakes for people suffering from the celiac disease. We created innovative technological lines for freeze-drying and the
production of instant product.
Further
development lead to the production of functional foods (“healthy foods”) based
on natural food ingredients.
The basis for the production of natural
food ingredients are three process lines, based on freeze-drying, spray-drying and pressure granulation processes:
continual and periodic production line for FREEZE-DRYING of fruits and vegetables
installation for SPRAY DRYING
installation for PRESSURE GRANULATION of powdered food ingredients.
CELIKO offers
additional a wide range of GLUTEN-FREE ready for retail products
available under the brands CELIKO, FRUPP and
others.
FRUPP
– a brand of freeze-dried fruit bars, fruits, and snacks. FRUPP products are
delicious and nutritious, rich in fiber alternative to high-calorie sweets.
CELIKO also offers PRIVATE LABEL products and production services on the base of delivered raw materials.
