Citri-Fi® 200 Citrus Fiber Series

Citri-Fi 200 series is sustainably produced citrus fiber co-processed with guar gum. The process which is free from chemical modification produces high water holding and emulsification properties. This co-processed blend provides additional viscosity. At low usage levels (<1%), this upcycled fiber improves stability and texture in foods like bakery, dressings, sauces, dairy, frozen foods, beverages, pet foods and treats, meat substitutes and dairy alternatives.
