Specially designed to be soluble in cold water as low as 15 degree Celcius, Custom-Instanz is the ideal fat powder for a wide range of cold beverages. Custom-Instanz gives the beverage maker greater control in terms of concentration and flavour as ice cubes are no longer an essential component in the preparation of their cold beverages. It promotes milky and creamy mouthfeel which make it suitable as fat source for filled milk as well.
