Uelzena is a specialist in drying natural colours and flavours as well as vitamins, minerals, vegetable extracts, spices and additives and is known as the solution provider for difficult issues. Not only standard aqueous solutions, but also highly susceptible products, suspensions and emulsions are processed into spray-dried ingredients. In order to handle these tasks, we operate five spray-drying towers of different sizes and with different spraying technologies in our plant. Customers from all over the world, among them leading food and ingredients producers, can benefit from our comprehensive problem-solving expertise. For example, we produce vitamins and trace elements such as iodine in a powder format for infant food and special purpose food.
