Crystal and caster sugars

Product description

Crystal sugar is made from beet. In order to produce it, the sugar in the plants is extracted, purified, concentrated and then crystallized.
There are two types of crystal available (n°1 and n°2). The difference is their purity.3 different sizes are available :
- Granulated - Caster- Caster 300 (Finer than caster sugar)
