Use: used for fermentation, flavoring agents, bulking agents, buffers, dairy mild alkaline agent in food.Appearance of a white crystalline or amorphous white powder, soluble in water, aqueous solution was slightly alkaline, slightly soluble in alcohol, hygroscopic, autolyzed at higher temperatures. When converted to potassium pyrophosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous was heated to 204 ℃. Packaging: plastic woven bag, net weight 25kg, stored in a dry place.
