For more than 25 years EURODUNA Food Ingredients GmbH has been distributing ingredients to the food industry and has become one of the major importers of soy proteins in Germany. Besides soy proteins we supply Pea, Fava and Rice Protein as well as Dairy products (milk proteins, whey proteins) onto the German and neighbouring markets. For all sorts of applications we offer protein crispies derived from different protein sources especially suitable for nutritional bars and cereal products. A further product range are plant based texturates for meat replacement.

Pea protein 80

Our pea protein is extracted through a gentle production process. During the production the protein is isolated, homogenized, sterilized and finally spray dried. This product is mainly used for protein drinks, food supplements and as an ingredient in vegan meat alternatives.

Soy protein crispies 60 and 80 %

The soy protein crispies with either 60 or 80 % protein are mainly based on soy protein. Ingredients are then cooked together and extruded afterwards to get a crunchy and voluminous product. It is used in a wide variety of foods, such as sweets, flapjack and cookies, toppings, muesli and nutritional bars.
