We are probably the first and only to ferment seaweed in a matter of 24 hours. Varieties from Northern Europe such as Sugar Kelp develop surprising new tastes and nutrients during fermentation. After fermentation we dry the seaweed in our super raw plant in order to allow for even longer shelf life but also retaining the viability and vitality of the probiotics.
