Product description

Lab Lab drinks are probiotic drinks a la water kefir. We have fermented most plants, herbs and berries. Our product range at present comprises ginger, blackberry, coffee, chicory root. We have succeeded in fermenting hops : we call it "This-Is-Not-A-Beer-Probably". The drinks are full of probiotics and self-carbonised. We sell drinks in kegs for horeca, and in champagne bottles: watch out- they are fizzy! We filter some of the drinks, but do not pasteurise.
