Fine milled roll dried Teff flakes

Product description

The Teff grain is cleaned intensively in order to remove impurities like other weeds, straws, stones and other organic matters. We blend 50% white with 50% brown Teff. The kernels are heated with steam, rolled and dried in an oven. This process gives a very pleasant taste and smell to the Teff flakes that undergo a very fine milling. This Teff powder is still considered as raw and ready-to-eat. This powder is ideal for drinks and shakes.
