Fumaric Acid

Product description

Fumaric acid is white granule or crystalline powder, odorless, specific sour, strong sour, about 1.5 times that of citric acid, so low-concentration fumaric acid solution can replace citric acid. However, because it is slightly soluble in water, it is generally not used alone. The combination of citric acid and tartaric acid in common fish can show the sour taste of fruit. Fumaric acid can be used as acidity regulator, acidulant, antioxidant assistant, curing accelerator and spice.
