The grass protein concentrate is nutritionally complete, containing all essential amino acids, and its neutral taste and color make it ideal for a wide range of food applications. The prebiotic sugar (FOS) is an excellent dietary fibre, boosting both gut health and sweetness.
Our process' by-product, protein-reduced grass fibre, continues to feed cows - without reducing their milk yield or quality. This circular model improves nutrient efficiency, makes dairy more sustainable (as it lowers emissions of Nitrogen, Phosphate and CO2) and creates a new plant-based income stream for dairy farmers.
