What is Rice and Tapioca Maltose Syrup / Rice Malt Syrup?
Rice and Tapioca Maltose Syrup also known as the Rice Malt Syrup or Tapioca Malt Syrup, has a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of rice/tapioca flour using GMO free natural enzymes which are filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup.
Available in both certified Organic and Conventional variants, the Malt Syrup is a healthy alternative to refined sugar. It is naturally gluten-free, free from trans-fat and hypoallergenic in nature and is available in both Brown and Clarified grades.
