Product description

Lyfe® yeast extracts and flavors are derived from primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae. High-Lyfe® 605 A contains a high amount of glutathione, cysteine and other thiols, providing kokumi taste long lasting as well as poultry flavor and deliciousness to different food applications. The Kokumi yeast-extract, as glutathione-rich yeast extract, provides mouthfullness and long lasting flavor perception at very low dosages.
