Icing sugars

This sugar is made from beet or sugar cane. In order to produce it, the sugar in the plants is extracted, purified,concentrated and crystallized. It is then crushed to make icing sugar. We can offer pure icing sugar or icing sugar with starches in order to protect it from humidity.
We can also offer organic icing sugar or oraganic and fair-trade icing sugar.
