KREYENBORG
of Germany is a leading provider of state-of-the-art food safety solutions
using infrared light technology as its core element. Unlike with EtO, PPO or
irradiation, sterilization of e.g. spices and herbs using infrared light is an
entirely natural process and applicable to organic and conventional foodstuffs.
Organoleptic properties such as color, taste, and texture are not damaged.
The
Food Safety Infrared Rotary Drum (FS-IRD) is suitable not only for
sterilization, but also for pasteurization, roasting, drying, coating, and
stock protection of foodstuffs such as nuts, seeds, spices, herbs, teas,
cereals, vegetables, dried fruits, etc, in a very short processing time.
KREYENBORG’s
business is to support their customers with turn-key solutions integrating
innovative infrared light technology combined with their expertise in cooling,
storing, mixing, conveying and dosing. Our trial center in Germany is available
