Milk powder and derivatives

Milk powders are manufactured dairy products made by spray drying fresh milk. Depending on the degree of pasteurization we offer low, medium and high heat powders, each with their own application. Milk powders come in regular and instant versions. Milk derivatives are products made from pure milk, or come as by-products from the cheese or butter-making process. These products are manufactured through different processes and find their way in many applications.
