Oligodex® is a low DE (Dextrose Equivalent),
thickened syrup (%80 dry substance) developed
by modulating the «Dextrose Equivalent» and sugar
profile of starch hydrolizate.SUNAR has designed an innovative product called Oligodex®. The product contains,
- Unique and controlled carbohydrate spectrum.
- Low levels of mono and disaccharides. (below %10)
- High levels of oligosaccharides that accumulate about moderated polimerization degree (Dp).
This carbohydrate spectrum allows more comfortable control of overall sweetness, superior texture and browning control in cake formulations.Applications: Sweet baking products, Chocolates, Caramel, hard candy and jelly type confectionery products, Coffee creamers, Frozen desserts, Chewing gum, Ice cream, Jelly, Gelatine replacer.
