Description
Chaga Mushroom, also known as birch brown fungus, dark maroon porous fungus, born under the bark of birch Butula platyphylla Var. japonuca, silver birch, elm and alder, or under the bark of standing trees or on the dead trunk of felled trees. The flesh is yellowish brown, but rarely forms in nature.
