Papain is a kind of plant sourced enzyme, which is mainly produced from green papaya through extraction, concentration and freeze-drying.We make use of abundant subtropical fruit resources such as papaya, and adopt freeze-thaw extraction, membrane separation, vacuum freeze-drying and enzyme activity protection technologies to produce papain products with an enzyme activity of 4 million u/g, which is higher than similar products of Merck company.
