Sotexpro offers a wide variety of products which includes cellula - faba fibre. Natural cellulose insoluble fibers are cleaned of bacteria, micronized and sieved to obtain a product range that has a neutral taste and regular functionality. Vegetable origins: pea, faba beans. It has neutral taste. Applications: sausages, meatballs, hamburgers, nuggets, breads, buns, biscuits, aromas, enteral food, low-calorie diet products. It is also available as feed.
