to use, potato-derived ingredient for plant-based dairy and confectionery
products. It replaces modified starches and label unfriendly hydrocolloids. It
allows for a vegan reformulation of products, that can also be labeled as free-from
(according to EU-labelling legislation), GMO-free, kosher and halal – all the
while retaining the great taste and texture of the original product.
