Instant mix developed by MartinoRossi, ideal for the preparation of purée made with legumes. Compared to market alternatives, the plant-based mix for purée from legumes has a very clean label: only 3 ingredients and no additives. In addition to being totally allergen- and gluten-free, it is a source of protein and low in fat, characteristics that make it distinctive compared to similar products on the market today. Finally, is very quick and easy to prepare: you only need to add water to obtain the mixture ready to be cooked for a few minutes in a micowave or in a small pot.
