What are Rice Maltodextrins / Dried Glucose Powders?

Rice Maltodextrins or Dried Glucose Powders are spray-dried white powders formed from all natural Rice Syrups. Maltodextrins contribute functionality by providing sweetness, as well as body and mouth feel without affecting the overall taste. They also make excellent bulking agents and carriers for flavorings, spices, sweeteners and pharmaceuticals.

Promising a simpler and cleaner label, whilst enabling numerous functionalities for all food and drink formulations, our Maltodextrins are available in both certified Organic and Conventional variants ranging from 5DE to 19DE.
