Sorbitol
Product description
Sorbitol is a mono sugar alcohol made after enzymolysis and refined processing of starch into glucose, hydrogenation reduction, refinement and crystallization with the function of catalyst. Sorbitol crystal has four crystal forms—?, ?, ? and ?. Huakang produces ?-crystal form, which owns the best stability, high melting point, excellent humidity resistance and a special nature of direct compression. At present, it is widely used in chewing gum and tablet candy. It is used to produce sugar-free candy and health-care tablets (lozenge). In food processing industry it is used in biscuit, pastry, bread, chocolate and chewing gum. Packaging: 25kg three-layer kraft bag (with polyethylene bag inside), 1000kg bag and 25kg carton.
