About us
Established
in 1941, Sayaji Industries Ltd. – the flagship company of the Sayaji Group
found its humble beginnings in Ahmedabad as a corn wet milling unit with a
modest corn crushing capacity of one ton/day, catering our own textile units
& others located in the city.
For
more than seven decades we’ve dealt with corn in a variety of ways. Our
curiosity to learn more about corn has helped us develop better products, thus
making us the front runners of the corn wet mining business with a 750
MTPD maize grinding capacity coupled with a captive power plant of 5 MW
(thermal and gas based).
The
Group through its flagship unit Maize Products caters to several
industries including textile, food & beverage, paper, paint,
pharmaceutical, and confectionery. Sayaji Industries through its subsidiaries
& affiliate companies is also involved in hybrid seeds, real estate,
packaging solutions, and manufacturing of specialized functional ingredients
such as acacia gum powder and non-gum based products such as tomato
powder, fat/oil based powders and cheese powder.
The Group has its offices at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi,
Chennai, Kolkata and Dubai (UAE) with a robust network of agents pan India,
Africa & the Middle East.
