We are BaltMilk, an agriculture cooperative based in Lithuania, and we take pride in controlling the entire process from raw milk to final ingredients. Our expertise lies in processing raw milk into high-quality milk protein concentrates: MPC (Milk Protein Concentrate), MicCC (Micellar Casein Concentrate), NWPC / NWPI (Native Whey Protein Concentrate / Isolate), MPP (Milk permeate). In addition to this we have a dry blending production line where we create and produce functional ingredients for following applications:
