AberNutra's Enzymolysis Pea Protein is a vegan protein source from selected Canada yellow pea, processed with milling, separating, enzymolysis, filtration, centrifugation, sterilization and spray drying. It's 50% water soluble, and no beany taste or other unclean taste, very suitable for use in protein drinks, meal replacement beverages.
