Product description
Shape and structure: Fibrous, layered and irregularly shredded pieces with a realistic hand-pulled meat appearance. The structure combines medium-sized chunks, torn fibres and softer shredded elements, creating a juicy and natural cooked poultry-style texture.
Typical dimensions:
o Length: approx. 2–7 cm
o Width: approx. 0.5–3 cm
o Thickness: approx. 0.3–1 cm
Recommended use: Ideal for pulled-style products, sauced dishes, curries, pasta fillings, wraps, tacos, sandwiches, pizzas, flatbreads, and ready meals. Can be seasoned, marinated, naturally smoked with alder wood, pan-fried, roasted, or used in fillings and toppings, including Sloppy Joe-style products
Also available pre-seasoned, marinated and natural alder-smoked upon request. INGREDIENTS: Water, pea (Pisum sativum) protein isolate, pea (Pisum sativum) protein concentrate, potato starch, inactivated yeast, salt.
