Aglupectin® Citrus Pectin

Thanks to its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in southern Italy (Rende), JRS Silvateam Ingredients is able to produce a full range of citrus-based pectin, commercialised under Aglupectin® brand name.

The offer focuses on high value specialty pectins, such as low methoxyl amidated and conventional pectin, as well as high methoxyl pectin for viscosity and protein protection in juice drinks and milk based beverages respectively.

Thanks to its plant characteristics, JRS Silvateam Ingredients is able to use as raw materials both fresh and dried citrus peels, as well as to adapt the production to match specific customer requirements.
