30 years of experience, the company manufactures Tan’Activ®, a range of
natural tannins extracted from renewable sources, such as chestnut,
quebracho, grape seeds, gallnuts and tara pods.
Widely used in the wine industry as clarifying agents, colour stabilisers and taste enhancers, they can also foster performing physical and organoleptic stability in beer production. Their features make these tannins also natural antioxidants and masking agents for the flavour market.
