AJIREX NH
Product description
AJIREX NH is a unique yeast extract that contains a combination of peptides and dietary fibres to enhance creaminess, fattiness, mouthfeel and body. AJIREX NH is also excellent at masking bitterness and other off-flavours. What makes this yeast extract unique is that it has very low levels of free amino acids and nucleotides, offering no umami and no yeasty or bouillon taste. In other words, AJIREX NH is very neutral in taste. Due to its unique properties AJIREX NH is suitable for beverages, dairy, plant-based drinks and cheese, as well as savoury applications where mouthfeel is important such as snack seasoning. AJIREX NH also stabilises anthocyanin colour in beverages and other applications.
