Alpha-Amylase HA-580LFG
Product description
HA-580LFG is a high concentrated food-grade alpha-amylase. It is an endoamylase that can hydrolyze starch, glycogen and its degradation products within the alpha-D-1,4 glucosidic bonds to produce soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides, thus decrease the viscosity of gelatinous starch solutions rapidly. Use of HA-580LFG in the liquefaction of starch materials enables lower dosage level, less storage and handling costs for the production of alcohol.
