Plant-based solutions: The latest addition to our Meat Alternatives portfolio is mycoprotein, an ingredient based on fermentation, which will be presented in a “Thai-style veggie patty powered by ABUNDA® Mycoprotein.” Mycoprotein provides the fibrosity needed while maintaining a light color and texture. We will also present a “mango flavored drinkable alternative to yogurt” made with pea protein.
Cocoa alternative confectionery: Our latest Indulgence Redefined – Cocoa Alternative Confectionery, in partnership with Voyage Foods™, delivers more sustainable indulgence for everyone. Offering a great sensorial experience with the taste that consumers love, without the cocoa. The vegan product is label- and planet-friendly, due to its’ low carbon footprint. Debuting at FiE 2024 in two delicious confectionery treats.
