Product description

Cauliflower puree fine cutted with 1,5 % salt. The puree is heat treated and packed in aseptic bags.
 The product has to be stored and transported at chilled temperature.
This product is used by food manufactury that produce backery, pizza, sauces, dressing etc.
Shelf life is about 3 moths at 0/+4°C or 18 months at -18°C.
