Citri-Fi 100 series is produced sustainably from byproduct of the citrus juicing industry. The process which is free from chemical modification produces high water holding and emulsification properties. At low usage levels (<1%), this upcycled fiber improves stability and texture in foods like bakery, dressings, sauces, dairy, frozen foods, beverages, pet foods and treats, meat substitutes and dairy alternatives.
