This large granule citrus fiber provides meat-like texture to animal meats and meat substitute products. When used with other ingredients such as potato protein, canola protein and/or starches, this natural ingredient can create methylcellulose-free products while still maintaining hot bite and meat-like texture. Citri-Fi TX is also used in combination with Citri-Fi 100 citrus fiber to provide emulsification which creates juicy and succulent meat textures.
