Sugar in its purest form: Pfeifer & Langen produces crystal sugar in two purity classes – as white sugar EC category I (“extra white sugar”) and white sugar EC category II (“white sugar”). We achieve the exceptional purity of our refined sugar using an additional crystallisation step.
